Run Club 5k Training

Sessions are designed to help you go from little to no running, to comfortably running a full 5k (3.1 miles) in 8 weeks. Intermediate & advanced training is also available for experienced runners looking to improve their race time and set a PR on race day.

Strollers welcome (but optional). All fitness levels welcome.
