5K, 10K & Half Marathon Training for Moms

Our fall running program just came to a close, but check back in January to register for our late winter/spring session!

Moms of all ages and fitness levels are welcome! No experience necessary (for 5k training). Strollers welcome (but not required). Experienced runners welcome too-- our veteran running coaches can help you reach your running goals, run a new distance, or hit a personal record on race day!
